PRE-TREATMENT ADVICE FOR LASER INCH LOSS AND BODY SHAPING

Heavy meals should be avoided for 2-4 hours before and after each treatment since the body becomes confused about which fat to metabolize. If you're hungry, have a piece of fruit.

Fasting before treatment may cause the body to go into famine mode.

Coffee, tea, and fizzy beverages should be avoided before the therapy since they might induce bloating.

A healthy lymphatic system needs enough hydration, so drink plenty of water.

If possible, schedule your therapy around the start of your menstrual cycle.

Wear the same clothing on the last and first days of therapy to accurately quantify the effects.

PROTOCOL FOR AFTER TREATMENT

Exercise is essential after treatment because it increases the metabolic rate and helps to use up the mobilized fat, preventing it from being regained.

Hydration is essential both before and after therapy.

After the session, don't eat anything. After the therapy, you can eat after 2-3 hours.

Stick to the diet plan you've been given.

Your measurements are collected before and after the therapy to track your improvement.
